Position Overview:

Golden Gate Study Abroad is seeking a passionate and experienced Australia Education Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in guiding students through the application process for higher education in Australia. You will play a key role in shaping the academic future of students by providing professional advice, documentation support, and end-to-end counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students regarding courses, institutions, and application processes for studying in Australia.

• Handle end-to-end admission processing including documentation, SOP guidance, visa application, and interview preparation.

• Counsel students via in-person, phone, or online platforms based on their academic backgrounds and career goals.

• Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and colleges in Australia.

• Ensure all services meet ethical standards and government regulations (GTE, Genuine Student Requirements).

• Organize and participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational fairs.

• Maintain student records and regularly follow up on progress and conversions.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide student success stories and insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an education counselor, preferably for the Australian market.

• Knowledge of the Australian education system, visa process, and compliance regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
