🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and overall performance of the branch

• Lead and motivate the counseling, documentation, and marketing teams

• Ensure high-quality student counseling and visa application processes

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets

• Coordinate with international education providers and head office

• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the education consultancy sector or management role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of student visa processes (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

• Ability to meet targets and handle pressure

• Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM systems & MS Office
