About the Role

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging digital content for social media and marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content to generate new ideas.
• Write creative captions, ad copies that drive audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop visual storytelling concepts.
• Assist in campaign planning and track content performance using analytics tools.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital platforms.
• Capture and edit photos/videos during events, student interviews, and promotional shoots.
• Manage posting schedules and ensure timely delivery of all content deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree running or completed in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or any related field.
• Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or Digital Marketer, Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut.
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, social media analytics, and trends.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

• Previous experience in the education or consultancy sector.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
• Comfortable speaking on camera or creating reels/TikToks.
